REMOTE PERFORMANCE COACHING

A comprehensive process for the advanced CrossFit, Hybrid or Tactical athlete looking to see how far they can go.

Overview

Remote Performance Coaching is an annual commitment to see how far you can go. It starts with a comprehensive assessment of your Vitality (Rhythm, Fuel, Sleep, Lifestyle), your Body (Body Composition, Blood Biomarkers optional) and your Performance (Movement, Conditioning, Strength, Skill). From that information, you get custom-built programming and daily action steps for your nutrition, habits and supplementation. This is a proven, results-driven process designed to maximize your individual, athletic potential. The goal is to finish each year with absolute certainty that you left no stone unturned. I will be in your corner every step of the way.

Is Remote Performance Coaching right for you?

Here are the pre-qualifications for Remote Performance Coaching:

-You’re an advanced CrossFit, Hybrid or Tactical athlete

-You’ve trained in multiple disciplines consistently for 4+ years

-You regularly train for 8+ hours per week

-You have the freedom to do your own program

I tend to attract lone wolves who struggle to lean on others. They are highly competent and have been piecing their process together from multiple resources, and are ready to take the final step in their athletic journey. These individuals tend to be very selective about who they bring in.

If that’s you, then I am in your corner.

The nuts and bolts.

This is not for everyone. Remote Performance Coaching is $325 per month. Most clients invest 2-5 years into this process. It’s for individuals ready to make the final investment in reaching their athletic potential.

Here is exactly what you get:

-Comprehensive Assessment (Rhythm, Fuel, Sleep, Lifestyle, Body Composition, Blood Biomarkers optional, Movement, Conditioning, Strength, Skill)

-Custom-Built Programming

-Daily action steps for your Nutrition, Habits and Supplementation

-Monthly 1 Hour Consultation over Zoom

-Messaging and regular training feedback

The promise.

I cannot promise you any outcomes. I cannot promise you will make it to a semifinal, get selected, or PR in your strength and conditioning. There is too much outside of my control (and yours) to promise those outcomes.

I can promise that you will finish each year with absolute certainty that you left no stone unturned. That you saw how far you could go. That you had a daily list of action items. That your training program was individualized to the highest degree of resolution possible and was periodized for optimal long term development of you as an athlete. I promise that your curiosity will be satisfied.

Testimonials

Darius Boockholdt, CrossFit Games Athlete

"After joining forces with Paul in the Fall of 2021, my fitness journey transformed significantly. Paul's personalized approach, focusing on my strengths and weaknesses, helped me excel. In 2022, my results spoke for themselves. I improved from 79th place in the Open in 2021 to an impressive 13th place. The Quarterfinals and Semifinals further validated my progress with 4th and 5th place finishes, contrasting my 19th place finish in 2021. As I contemplate another Games run in the future, one thing is certain – if I decide to go for it, Paul Weber will be my first call. His coaching and personalized training system have been instrumental in my journey towards peak performance. If you are serious about improving your CrossFit game, I wholeheartedly recommend Paul Weber as your coach."

Meg B, SWAT Operator

“Paul built a custom tactical training plan tailored to fit the demands of my SWAT team selection process. He was highly flexible, adapting the plan to work around injuries, schedules, and other training setbacks. On top of that, Paul went above and beyond by engaging and encouraging me to mentally prepare for the challenges I faced. Ultimately, his programming took me into my selection far more prepared than my peers, and healthy enough to handle any of the demands of a multi-day selection process.”

Cole Caldwell, CrossFit Athlete

“When I started working with Paul, I was in my fifth year of CrossFit, training two to three times a day and becoming increasingly frustrated with injuries and lack of progress. My many injuries from football were to blame; I needed to find a way to do more, and I was sure Paul had the key. Paul's first prescription for me was two weeks of…nothing. I thought, "Bro, I could've given that to myself for free." In my first one-on-one with Paul, he asked me, "What is your why?". I'm thinking, "My why? Dude...how many freaking burpees do I need to do to get to the CrossFit Games!?" I can confidently say that hiring Paul was the best decision I've ever made as an athlete. I thought I was putting in maximal effort before. In hindsight, I was tripling down on the suffering I enjoyed to the detriment of progress, instead of prioritizing things that would actually move me forward. I work full-time and am currently trying to further my education, so having a program tailored to my weaknesses has removed the guesswork and given me peace of mind, knowing that I'm extracting every drop out of the time I have.”

Kate Fullenkamp, CrossFit Athlete

"I’ve been working with Paul as a competitive crossfitter and I’m so pleased with the progress I’ve made so far.  I appreciate how he takes a broader approach to helping me improve as an athlete, focusing not just on the work done in the gym, but my sleep, nutrition and overall mental wellness as well.  His experience and passion to help athletes achieve their potential make him an outstanding coach."

Aldo Vidro, CrossFit Athlete, Active Duty Army Officer

"I went into rugby into college and did that for a couple years before I found CrossFit as an actual sport instead of just a way to train. I just really started trying to go headfirst into it. Going as hard as I could every day realizing it’s probably not the best thing for me…Ever since then I’ve been working with Paul and we’ve just been progressing. All my numbers are the best they’ve ever been, technique’s the best it’s ever been, and all my cardio tests are the best they’ve ever been. Being in the Army, it’s very difficult to have a set schedule every day. So, being able to have someone work with me, change my programming based on how I’m feeling, based on what’s actually happening at work, it gives me somebody to keep me accountable in every aspect of my training, and that includes nutrition. Just having somebody to share those frustrations and those high points with."

Spencer Kankel, CrossFit Athlete

"I have been working with Paul for 3.5 years now. His understanding of individualized programming is unparalleled. As we have continued to work together he has been able to adapt and adjust my training as we have learned how I specifically respond to different training stimuli. With his help, I feel like my training, nutrition, and lifestyle have been optimized to the point where I progress at a rate that has me pinching myself. If you are looking for a coach to help you reach your full potential, optimize, and maximize all levels of your fitness, Paul is your guy."

Billy Hatton, CrossFit Athlete, Active Duty Air Force Officer

"I started working with Paul when I began taking myself seriously as an athlete within the sport of fitness. Previously, I had tried using multiple different programs and approaches to address weaknesses, and I was spending hours in the gym without focused and specific training. Paul provided me with individualized programming and coaching that streamlined my training to ensure I was maximizing my efforts in the gym as it related to my goals as an athlete. Specifically, Paul addressed my greatest weaknesses of pacing, strategy, gymnastics skills, and movement efficiency, while still increasing my absolute strength and aerobic capacity. Paul's guidance during competitions, specifically online qualifiers and the CrossFit Open and Quarterfinals, left no stone unturned in my preparation and execution; his efforts ensured I performed to my best when it mattered most. Aside from excellent programming and sport coaching, Paul also provided me necessary guidance on lifestyle behaviors to ensure my actions outside the gym supported my goals inside the gym. As an Active Duty military member with a difficult shift schedule, Paul worked with me to enhance my sleep, nutrition, and mindset amidst a stressful everyday life. Finally, Paul is just a good dude who will make you a better athlete."

Barry Brown, Hybrid Athlete

"Hands down the best coach I’ve ever worked with! He has a holistic approach to training – evaluating and improving nutrition, sleep, lifestyle, mental strength, and competition strategy as well as training. I have learned so much about myself and improved as an athlete...If you are a multidisciplinary athlete interested in maximizing your performance, I HIGHLY recommend working with Paul!"

Chris O’Neal, Hybrid Athlete, DPT

"I had the pleasure of working with Paul and could not recommend him enough. He is thorough, makes real-time adjustments to your program as needed, which is something I had not had before. I dealt with an injury to my shoulder at about week 10 and he made adjustments without me having to ask. Not to mention, I saw a 20kg jump in my snatch PR, from 70-90kg.

I am a physical therapist and one of the traits I appreciate the most about Paul is his attention to detail and accountability around sleep, nutrition, and overall stress/load management. He also does a lot of research and could arguably program a better rehab protocol for an acute injury than many PTs out there!

If you’re looking to take your performance to the next level, Paul is your guy!”

Chen Du, CrossFit Athlete, PhD in Human Nutrition

"I really enjoy working with Paul and I am thrilled with the progress I have made. Before coming to Paul, I struggled with knee pain while working out, gaining strength, and plateauing in performance. I was doing tons of Metcons and putting in lots of effort but going nowhere. I was frustrated. Under the guidance of Paul, I understood the fundamentals to elite performance include absolute strength and aerobic endurance. With these principles being incorporated in my programming, my strength increased, one example being a 8% increase in my max bench press and a 5% increase in my max strict press. I feel like I am making progress again. Additionally, Paul listened to my concerns about my keen pain while working out and lack of range of motion in my right knee. He tailored the movements to help me restore the range of motion and re-build my previously injured leg. Significant improvement happened in my right knee shortly after following the program. I have no pain while working out and my range of motion is improving. Besides the progress we made, I am also impressed by the wealth of knowledge Paul has about exercise physiology. He knows the purposes and the physiological processes behind each movement, rep scheme etc. I really enjoy learning from Paul. Overall, Paul is a knowledgeable and a considerate coach who will get you results.”

M.O., CrossFit Athlete, M.D.

"From our first meeting, Paul distinguished himself with his thorough approach and deep understanding of training, recovery and the research backing it. As someone with a background in anatomy and physiology, I was looking for someone who would have an extensive understanding of the science behind the programming, in addition to how nutrition, sleep, and supplementation will affect my adaptations. I have been continually impressed with his work. He has adjusted my programming and recovery to work with injuries and shift work. I have already seen significant progress in my goals and expect that to continue with his guidance.”
